In this 3 hour intensive workshop we will explore and expand our capacity to breath. Through exercises you will be able to release blockages that restain your breath. You will learn specific yogic pranayama breathing techiniques to energize and heal yourself. You will discover your breath as your best friend, following you in every moment of your day. We will teach you simple techniques that you can apply in your daily life to live more relaxed, stressfree and healthy!
